JUDGMENT
1. We have been informed that by, a notification issued yesterday, the Appointments Committee of Cabinet has approved appointment of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anupinder Singh Grewal, a retired Judge of High W.P.(C) 4807/2026 Court of Punjab and Haryana, to be the President of the NCLT[1].
2. With that, the lis in this writ petition, which deals with the appointment of Acting President in the NCLT, has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
