3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the directions contained in the judgment/order dated 30.05.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) 8077/2025 (of which contempt is alleged in the present proceedings) are in the process of being complied with.
4. It is submitted on, instructions, that the necessary compliance shall be done within a period of eight weeks from today.
5. Taking the aforesaid undertaking on record, the present petition stands disposed of.
