1. It is pointed out by respective counsel for the parties that a Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2026 has been entered into between the parties during the course of mediation. The said Agreement has been placed on record. W.P.(C) 4839/2025 and W.P.(C) 4848/2025

2. It is jointly submitted that all outstanding disputes between the parties stand settled in terms thereof.

3. Respective counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that the parties shall remain bound with the terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. It is further submitted that the cheques given by the petitioner to the respondent in terms of the said Settlement Agreement have also been encahsed.

4. These petitions are accordingly disposed of, taking on the record the Settlement Agreement (filed in W.P.(C) 4848/2025). The aforesaid undertaking of respective counsel is also taken on record.

5. It is agreed that the amount deposited by the petitioner in an interest bearing FDR, pursuant to order dated 17.02.2026 passed in the present proceedings, shall be released to the petitioner. Let the registry do the needful within a period of one week from today.
