1. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the direction passed by the Court, the requisite action has been taken and the department has already issued Offer of Appointment (OOA) to the petitioner on 23.12.2024 directing him to join duty at GC-1 CRPF Ajmer on or before 21.01.2025 (FN) but he has not joined so far.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner came to know about the above said fact on 13.01.2025 only and, therefore, he did not get ample time to join by said date.

3. It is however, submitted that the petitioner would join within one week from today. CONT.CAS(C) 1618/2024 2

4. The Petitioner is, accordingly, permitted to join within one week.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent is also requested to convey the above said to the concerned quarter so that there is no difficulty when petitioner reports for his duty.

6. In view of the above, no further action is called for in the present contempt petition.

7. The present petition is disposed of.
