1. These are six connected petitions and according to learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court has already dealt with similar matters and has issued certain directions in those contempt petitions on 23.01.2025. It is submitted that the position in the present contempt petitions is also same and similar as all the petitioners herein have, though, been issued appointment letter but these are only paper formalities as they have not been given any posting, despite completion of requisite formalities.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent i.e. Director General, Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) appears on advance notice and submits that let all the petitioners in the present bunch of contempt petitions report to their Head Office situated as 4- Jeevan Deep Building, Ground Floor, Sansad Marg, New Delhi, Delhi-110001 on 31.01.2025 at 11:00 A.M. He submits that if CONT.CAS(C) 125/2025 & Connected Matters 4 procedural formalities are completed by them, needful shall be done positively within further three working days.

3. Such statement is taken on record.

4. The present petitions stand disposed of in aforesaid terms.
