JUDGMENT
1. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today despite the matter having been called out twice. There was no appearance yesterday either despite the matter having been called out twice.
2. We had specifically noted in the order passed yesterday that if there will be no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today, we would dismiss the writ petition for default and non-prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
