JUDGMENT
3. Learned counsel for accused/applicant submits that there is no evidence to show that the car was recovered from him or that he received (ORAL)
1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR NO. 642/2025 of PS Jagat Puri for offence under Section 316(2)/3(5) BNS.
2. Broadly speaking, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he hired a car from the complainant de facto and thereafter, sold away the same to someone. BAIL APPLN. 941/2026 pages any money towards sale consideration of the car.
4. Learned APP for State accepts notice and in all fairness, on instructions of the IO/SI Pushpender, submits that the accused/applicant can be granted anticipatory bail provided he joins investigation.
5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the accused/applicant shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned. The accused/applicant shall join investigation as and when directed by the IO in writing. Pending application also stands disposed of.
