JUDGMENT

3. As requested by both sides, the present interim bail application is disposed of with the directions that on 04.02.2026 from 05:00pm to (ORAL)

1. The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No.330/2024 of PS Gokulpuri for offence under Section 221/132/109(1) BNS & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act.

2. Learned APP for State strongly objects to grant of interim bail in view of nature of crime and involvement of the accused/applicant. However, both sides request that the accused/applicant may be taken in custody to the venue of marriage of his wife’s brother, so that he may attend the marriage. The marriage is to take place on 04.02.2026 at 06:00pm. BAIL APPLN. 397/2026 pages 07:00pm, the accused/applicant in custody of 3rd Battalion shall be taken to the place of marriage i.e. Chaudhary Sarpanch Farm, 100 Foota Road, Sehatpur, Faridabad. The said timings shall be strictly adhered to and after attending marriage, the accused/applicant shall be taken back to jail.

4. Copy of this order be sent to DCP, Third Battalion as well as the Jail Superintendent.
