JUDGMENT

1. The dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

2. The settlement agreement dated 7 November 2025 arrived at between the parties is on record.

3. We have perused the settlement agreement and we find that it is lawful and capable of enforcement.

4. The parties would abide by the terms of settlement. Accordingly, nothing survives for adjudication in the appeal. RFA(COMM) 560/2025

5. The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
