ORDER
1. It is brought to the notice of the undersigned that on the last page of the Judgment dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court in the present case, the date of decision has inadvertently been mentioned as “FEBRUARY 06, 2026” instead of “FEBRUARY 10, 2026”.
2. Accordingly, the said inadvertent error stands rectified, and the date of decision in the aforesaid Judgment shall be read as “FEBRUARY 10, 2026” in place of “FEBRUARY 06, 2026”.
3. This Order be uploaded as corrigendum to the Judgment dated 10.02.2026.
