JUDGMENT
1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. CRL.M.A. 6321/2026
2. Allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of. CRL.M.A. 6265/2026(for rectification)
3. This is an application filed by the Respondent No. 1-Aftab seeking correction of the typographical error in the judgment dated 17th February, 2026 passed by this Court.
4. Inadvertently, the date of the impugned judgment passed by the ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi is written wrongly as 15th December 2024 instead of 15th December 2014.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the date of the impugned judgment passed by the ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in the judgment of this Court dated 17th February, 2026 shall read as 15th December 2014, both in paragraph 1 and paragraph 40 of the said judgment.
6. This order shall be uploaded as the corrigendum of the judgment dated 17th February, 2026.
7. Ordered accordingly.
8. Application stands disposed of.
