JUDGMENT
1. This matter was listed for pronouncement of judgment today. However, learned Counsel for the parties have handed over order dated 16 February 2026 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, whereby the suit between them stands decreed and compromised between the parties.
2. As such, this appeal, which was directed against an interlocutory order passed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, in the suit, does not survive for adjudication and is accordingly dismissed.
