JUDGMENT

1. This application has been filed by the respondents, praying for the modification of the Judgment dated 13.02.2025 of this Court to the limited extent that the words ‘and the question paper’ appearing in paragraph 2 of the said judgment be deleted, as they have been inadvertently added to the statement of the learned counsel for the respondents. CM APPL. 11720/2025

2. Issue notice.

3. Notice is accepted by Mr.Mukul Singh, the learned counsel on behalf of the respondents.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not dispute the application.

5. Accordingly, paragraph 2 of our Judgment shall stand modified and shall now be read as under:

“2. The learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice of this petition, on instructions, submits that the answer key of the AFCAT Test conducted from 09th to 11th August, 2024 shall be released to the petitioners within a period of one week from today. The learned counsel for the respondents further submits that even the response sheet of the petitioners shall also be duly released on the key allotted to the respective petitioners within the same period.”

6. The application is, accordingly, disposed of.

7. The present order shall be uploaded as a corrigendum to the Judgment dated 13.02.2025.
