The applications are disposed of BAIL APPLN.Nos.1718/11,1719/11 & 1720/11
Complainant is present in person. She admits that she has received
?15,00,000/- by way of banlc drafts in pursuance of the compliance of the previous orders.
Counsel for the petitioners states that the complainant is not co operating in filing the petition for mutual divorce and quashing of FIR.
Complainant states that she is ready to co-operate with the petitioners however, they be asked to withdraw the pendingcases filed by them against her and also to ensure that they will not file any fresh case against her. To this counsel for the petitioners has no objection.
The petitioners are directed to withdraw all the cases filed by them against the complainant. They are further directed not to file any fresh case against the complainant for matrimonial disputes.
The complainant is also directed to co-operate with the petitioners in filing petition for mutual divorce and quashing of the FIR as per the settlement recorded on 29.08.2012.
In view of this, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event oftheir arrest they be released on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?50,000/-, each with one surety, each in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe SHO/Investigating officer.
The bail applications are disposed of accordingly with liberty to the parties to approach this Court in case of noncompliance of any direction/term and condition of settlement.
