ORDER
1. There is settlement arrived at between the parties in both the maffers on 5th Novemb er 2012 in the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. A copy of the Settlement Agreement, signed by both the parties and Co.Pet. 85 and 88 of 2012 Page I of 2 I I l 2013:DHC:8552 their counsel, has been placed on record in both petitions. In terms of para 6 of the said Settlement Agreement, certain payments have to be made by the Respondent to the Petitioners in instalments. It has been agreed between the parties that the present company petitions could be adjourned sine die and shall be revived in the event that there are defaults committed by the Respondent.
2. TheCourt considers it appropriate to dispose of both the petitions in terms of the Sefflement Agreement which shall be read as forming part of this order, with libertry to the Petitioners to revive either or both the petitions in the event of any default committed by the Respondent'
