Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the application, after extracting the terms of settlement, inadvertently, the prayer for withdrawal of the petition could not be incorporated but since the parties have already entered into settlement, he submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition.
Leave granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Earlier date i.e. 19.02.2013 stands cancelled.
The application also stands disposed of.
