1s.01.2013 Learned counsel for the respondent has admitted that the arbitation proceedings have commenced. He further states that he has no objection if the interirn order already granted vide order dated 5'h October,2012 passed by this Court be continue till the final detennination of the arbitation proceedings.
The petitioner undertakes that the Bank Gualantees in question, i.e.
! (i) No.lTlrr dated 18th March, 2011, (iD No.0013-8G0043-12 dated 26tt'
March, 2012, (iii) No.0013-8G0042-12 dated 26'h March, 2012 and
(iv) No.0013-BG0007-13 dated 2nd January,2013 in OMP No.83 L/2012 and, (v) No.0013-BG00B4-11 dated 20tr' September,20ll in OMP No.830/2012 shall be kept alive till the final decision of the Arbital Tribunal.
The abovernentioned petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
