ORDER
1. These writ petitions impugn the order of the Delhi School Tribunal dated[3].10.2012 condoning the delay in challenging the orderof termination of services. W.P.(C) 230-231/2013 page 1 of[2] \ 2013:DHC:7701 ly
2. Counsel for the petitioner, very fairly, does not press these writ petitions but states that the petitioner be given further time then as granted by the impugned order to file the written statement/replyto the appeals.
3. The aforesaid writ petitions are therefore disposed of by entitling the petitioner to make a request before the Delhi School Tribunal in the appeals which are stated to be listed tomorrow for seeking further time offour weeks to file the writtenstatement/reply to theseappeals, andon suchrequestbeing made, the Delhi School Tribunal will consider the same most favourably.
4. Nothing contained in today's order is a reflection on merits of the cases ofeither ofthe parties before the Delhi School Tribunal.
5. Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
