ORDER

1. The clelay in filing the claim Form 66 before the official Liquidator ('OL') is condo;^ed.

2. Learned counsel for the Appellant refers to the Annexures to the application and states. that the claim Fornr 66 was attested prior to 31" october 2002. Notwithstanding the above form stated to have been already filed with the OL, the Appellants are permitted to file the claims afresh in Form 66 togethei with all the original documents within a period of four rveeks from today. If the claims are so lodged, the OL will examine and process thern on merits.
