Counsel appearing for the parties subrnits that the parties hal'e amicably settled their disputes and in terms of the settlement anived at between them, the petitioners in the present petition have agreed to pay a surn of Rs. 5 lacs towards full and final settlement of the clairn of the respondent no.l, C M Jain. Counsel submits that the said payment has been rnade vide bank drafts vide nos. 840891, 840892,..840893, 840894 and
84C395 dated 2I.L.20I3 of Rs. 1 lac each. Mr. C M Jain who is present in
Court along with his counsel, Mr. Bhaskar has agreed to accept the said arnount of Rs. 5 lacs towards full and final settlernent in terms of his claim arising out of the present complaint case bearing nos. 43/L105. Counsel also submits that with the said payment of Rs. 5 lacs by the petitioners no clairn of the respondent no.1 is left outstanding.
In the light of the said sefflement arived at between the parties, the respondent no. 1 does not wish to proceed with the said complaint case against the petitioners.
I have heard counsel for the parties. v

These three separate petitions have been filed by the petitioners who have been an'ayed as accused persons in the complaint case bearing NO. 43/r/}s.
During the pendency of these petitions both the parties have arnicably settled their disputes and in tenns of the settlernent airived at between thern, the petitioners have ah'eady paid a sum of Rs. 5 lacs to the respondent no. 1.
In tenns of the said settlernent arrived at between the parties and with the payment of the said settled amount of Rs. 5 lacs, this Court is inclined to quash the said sumrnoning order and complaint case no. 43/I/05.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
