' 24.01.2013 Vide order dated 7tl' Novemb er, 2012 the abovementioned matters were refemed to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Cente for settlement. It has been informed by the learned counsels for the parties that the disputes between the parties have been resolved before the Mediator.
Copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 15tr' January, 20L3 is also placed on the record. The tenns and conditions of the settlement are mentioned in
2013:DHC:8061 L;
I para 6 of the agreement. In tenns of Clause 6(b) of the Settlement
Agreernent, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner three cheques totaling of {21,50,000/- in favour of the petitioner, the details of which are given as under:-
(i) Cheque No.006160 dated 15.12.2012 for {2,06,5371-, (ii) Checlue No.006492 dated 15.I2.20L2 for {17,54 ,0911-, and
(iii) Cheque No.006490 dated 23.01.2013 for {1,89,3721-, All drawn on Kotak Mahindra Baxk, Jrnd Regent Square
Mehrauli Gurgaon Road 122002, Haryana.
The counsel for the respondent assures on behalf of her client that the said cheques would be encashed on presentation. The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
In view of the above said settlement, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petitions. As prayed, the same are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. mffio)ftK."?
