JUDGMENT
4 ORDER % 28.01.2013 The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken instructions. He has been instructed to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a response to the show cause notice dated 26.03.2010 and to pursue his remedy of adjudication before the Commissioner of Central Excise (Rohtak). Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. All pending applications also stand disposed of. The repif to the show cause notice dated 26.03.2010 be filed by the petitioner before the said Commissioner within six weeks.
