ORDER
1. Exemption allowed, subject to alljust exceptions.
2. The Application stands disposed of. Crl.M.C.295/2013 & Crl.M.A.973/2013(stav) Crl.M.C.296/2013 & Crl.M.A.975/2013(stav) Crl.M.C.297/2013 & Crl.M.A.977/2013(stav)
3. The Petitioner is being prosecuted for an offence punishable under Section 28 read with Section 112 of the Delhi Police Act. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has taken me through an order dated 12.10.2012 which shows that the Petitioner was present before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate onthis date. It is stated that therewas somewrongnoting of date by the Petitioner and on account of wrong noting of the date, the Petitioner could not appear only on 23.11.2012.
4. I have perused the record. In the facts and circumstances, the order issuing of non-bailable warrants andproceedings for declaring the Petitioner as proclaimed offender are set aside. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on 05.02.2013.
5. The Petitions stand disposed of.
