The petitioners have filed the applications for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.155/2012 under Section 308/34 registered at PS
G.T.B.Enclave. Bail is opposed by the learned APP for the State as the injuries sustained by the complainant/ victimwere grievous in nature.
A perusal of the files reveal that present case was registered on the complaint of complainant- Shyam Babuunder Section 308//34 IPG. Therole attributed to the petitioners in the instant case is that petitioner- AmitVerma slapped the complainant and petitioners- Anil Kumar andVichitra @ Vicky restrained him. They were not armed with any weapon/ danda and no injuries were inflicted by them. The main accused Sunder @ Sunil has already been arrested and released on regular bail. The petitioners have joined the investigation.
Considering all these facts and circumstances of the cases, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of their arrest, they be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of
^20,000/- each with one surety, each in the like amountto the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as and when required.
The bail applications stand disposed of.
