28.01.2013 Counsel for the parties very fairly submits that the parties will adhere to the terms and conditions of the settlement dated 20.12.2010. It is also agreed that the terms of the settlement shall be complied with expeditiously. Liberty as prayed is granted to the parties to approach this
Court again by filing a fresh contempt petition if there is any violation by either of the parties to the terms of settlement. Parties will complete all formalities as expeditiously as possible.
