December, 2012 by Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation is on record whereby it is reported that the matter has been settled between the parties.
The petitioners have filed the applications for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.437/2012 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Pandav Nagar, Delhi.
Considering all these facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event oftheir arrest, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe
SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shall join the investigation as andwhenrequired.
Thebailapplications stand disposed of.
