2013:DHC:7135 Counsel for the petitioners disputes that the matters stand seEied before the Mega Lok Adalat, however, counsel for the petitioners see <s leave of this court to approach the Special Court.
It is agreed by counsel for the parties that subject to petitioners' depositing 25% of the bill amount within ten days from today, no coercive steps will be taken against the petitioners. Ordered accordingly.
All petitions and applications stand disposed of, in above terms. t.!l objections of the petitioners and the respondent are kept open.
