Admittedly the marriage of the sister of the petitioner-Kumari Jyoti has been fixed to be solemnized on 31.01.2013 at DDA Park, Sector-15, Rohini.
The Trial Court has granted permission in custody to the petitioner to join the marriage for six hours.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the interim bail for three days is granted to the petitioner from the date of his release to enable him to participate in the marriage of his real sisteron his furnishing personal bond inthesum of?50,000/- with one surety inthelike amount to
