The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section 11 of the A,rbination and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointnent of an arbifiator. Tliis petition was listed before the Court on 12d' October, 2012.
Notice was issued to ttre respondent for today's date. Il4r.Divjyot Singh, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent. He submits that the respondent has no objection if a sole Arbitrator be appointed by this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. Accordingly, I appoint Mr.Justice J.P.Singh, a Retired Judge of this Court, Rlo 22, Double Storey, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi, (Mob.No.9810053190) as sole Arbifrator. The parties also agreed that the arbitation be taken place under the aegis of Rules of the Delhi High Court
Arbin'ation Centre. The fees of the Arbitrator be also paid under the said
Rules. k-.

The petition is disposed of in the above said terms.
A copy of this order be cornmunicated to the learned Arbiu'ator as well as the Secretary to the Arbitation Cente forthwith. Copies of the same be also given dasti to the learned counsels for the parties.
