Seema Puri, Delhi is sought by petitioner- Girdhari Lal (in Crl.M.C.
Bail Applications No.1756 & 1757 of2012 Page 1
2013:DHC:8159 No.1756/2012) and Jitesh Kumar (in Crl.M.C.1757/2012) for allegedly committing offences under Sections 498A/406/34 ofthe I.P.C.
Interim orders were passed on 7ili December, 2012 and on the next date, the above captioned two petitions were referred to Delhi High Court
Mediation and Conciliation Centre for exploring possibility of settlement in this matter.
Learned counsel for petitioner as well as complainant submits that complainant is present in the Court and that subject matter of FIR in question stands mutually and amicably resolved between the parties through Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation through
Settlement-Agreement of 28ili January, 2013 and steps are being taken to implement it.
In view of Settlement-Agreement of 28ili January, 2013, which has been today filed in the Court, interim order of ih December, 2012 in afore-captioned two petitions is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioners- Jitesh Kumar & Girdhari Lal be admitted to bail on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of~10,000/- each to the satisfaction ofthe
Investigating Officer concerned. Petitioners are directed to abide by the conditions prescribed under Section 438 ofthe Cr.P.C.
With aforesaid observations, afore-captioned two applications are disposed of.
