31.01.2013 Afore-captioned two petitions are outcome of FIR No.370/2005, registered at Police Station Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
In the first petition, i.e. W.P.(Crl.) No. 63/2006, quashing of aforesaid FIR, under Sections 182/191/192/195/211/120-B /34, is sought

2013:DHC:8462 by petitioners and by the second afore-captioned petition, i.e. Cr!.
Revision Petition No.693/2001, quashing of impugned order of 19th August, 2010 framing charges under Sections 307/ 186/ 353/ 332/ 147/
148/149 IPC is sought by petitioners. While entertaining these petitions, proceedings before the trial court were not stayed.
Ms. Charu Dala!, Advocate, appearing for respondent No.1-State, on instructions from SI N.L. Yadav, Investigating Officer of these cases, points out that proceedings in afore-captioned petitions before the trial court have concluded and these petitions have become infructuous.
Perhaps for this reason, none has appeared for petitioners.
In the light of above, these petitions and pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
