The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section
11(4Xb) of the Arbitation and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointnent of an arbitrator. fnis pJtition was listed before the Court on 9th November,2012.
Notice was issued to the respondent. Mr.Joydeep Sharma, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent. He submits that the respondent has no objection if a sole Arbinator be appointed by this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. Accordingly, I appoint Mr. Justice M.K.Shanna, retired Judge of Supreme Cout, R/o S-
306, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi (Mob.No.9818000190) as sole Arbitator.
The parties also agreed that the arbitration be taken place under the aegis of
Rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitation Cente. The fees of the Albinator be also paid under the said Rules.
The petition is disposed of in the above said temts. l.!.
