JUDGMENT

1. This is an application seeking rectification of the typographical error in para 2 of the judgment dated 21.02.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

2. For the averments stated therein, the application is allowed. Accordingly, para 2 of the judgment dated 21.02.2025 be henceforth read as under:- “2. The petitioner claims that his father Nazar Ahmed purchased the land admeasuring 1 Bigha 8 Biswas forming part of Khasra no. 57 situated in village Behlolpur, Khader, Mehrauli Tehsil, New Delhi (hereafter the subject land) by virtue of the sale deed dated 17.05.1984. The petitioner's father was the owner of the part portion of the subject land.”

3. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed. The necessary corrections be carried out and a corrigendum be issued to that effect.

4. The application stands disposed of.
