The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11
ORDER
(6) of the Arbin'ation and Conciliation Acq 1996 for appointrnent of an albitrator. Today when the rnatter is listed for consideration, learned counsel for the parties agree that Justice R.C. Chopra (Retd.) be appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. Accordingly, with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, Mr. Justice R.C. Chopra (Retd.) (Mobile No.981809777719971411226) is appointed as a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The fees of the learned Arbin'ator shall be payable according to the schedule of fees fixed by Delhi High Court Arbitation Centre under its rules. The petition disposed of.
