He very fairly concedes that the matter is covered by the judgment of this Court renderei in "Jai Sing/i vs. Union of India". LA.App.No.266/2008 and connected matters decided on 23rd August, 2011.
In;view of the aforesaid, the present Appeal is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
