JUDGMENT
1. This application seeks modification of our judgment dated 21.02.2025, passed in the captioned petition, to the limited extent that the appearance of the officers/officials, representing the respondents, has been incorrectly recorded in the said judgment.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the applicants/ respondents, the application is allowed. Our judgment shall stand modified to the limited extent that the name of Mr. Devender Singh, DC/JAG, be deleted, and instead, the names of the officers/officials Gp. Capt. V. Sridhar, Sgt. Manish Kumar Singh, and Sgt. Mritunjay be shown as present on the date of the Judgment, that is, 21.02.2025.
3. This Order shall be uploaded as a corrigendum to our Judgment dated 21.02.2025.
