/ 0 07.02.2013 Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners were not found residing at the given address in Seelampur, Delhi. Counsel also submits that police has also recorded the statement of the landlord of the said premises and he has also denied having any knowledge about these petitioners.
Counsel thus submits that the petitioners are not residing within the jurisdiction of PS Seelampur and it is possible that they may be residing somewhere else and may be outside the jurisdiction of Delhi.
Today nobody is present for the petitioners. The present petition is
