The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appoinfinent of an independent Arbitrator. This petition was listed before the Court on
24th Septemb e\ 20L2. Notice was issued to the respondents. Mr.Sunil
Narul4 Advocate appears on behalf of respondent No.1. He submits that his client has no objection if a sole Arbitrator be appointed by this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties arising out of the agleernent, named, Professional Services Agreement, dated 14tl' February,20!1 which was entered into between the petitioner and respondent No.1.
In view of the above, I appoint Shd S.K. Aggarwal, retired Judge of this Court (Mobile No.9818000270) as sole Albinator to adjudicate upon all the disputes and difference between the parties as mentioned in this petition, "

-l including their clairns and counter-clairns in tenns of the above said agreement. The parties also agreed that the arbitation be taken place under the aegis of Rules of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Cente. The fees of the Arbitator be also paid under the said Rules.
The petition is disposed of in the above said terms.
A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Albifiator as well as the Secretary to the Arbitration Centre forttrwith. Copies of the sitme be also given dasti to the learned counsels for the parties.
