ORDER

1. It is urged by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant has been falsely implicated in the case.

The learned counsel for the Applicant has produced a copy of the order dated 1^' February, 2013 passed by the Joint Commissioner, (Food and Supplies) whereby the Joint Commissioner has remanded the case to the Assistant Commissioner (SW) to re-examine the question of diversion of 104.86 Qtls. of wheat. 2013:DHC:8168

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the AppHcant shall be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the lO/SHO concerned, subject to the conditions that he shall join the investigation as and when required by the SI/SHO concerned.
