ORDER rr.02.2013 1l 2013:DHC:6739 Both these applications have been filed in these fwo different suits by the parties averring that in both these cross suits, the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the terms as reproduced vide settlement agreement dated II.02.20t3. Copy of the said settlement agreement has been filed and taken on record as Ex. C-l in both these cases. The parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement. Consequently, both these suits stand disposed as compromised.
The plaintiffs in both these suits may be refunded the court fees under
Section 164. of the Court Fees Act.
