The petitioner has filed the abovementioned petition under Section 1l of the Albin'ation and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointnent of an independent Artin'ator. This petition was listed first tirne before the Court on 10'r' Septernber ,20L2. Notice was issued to the respondent. No reply has been filed despite of opportunity granted. when the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent subrnits that his client has no objection if a sole fubiu-ator be appointed by this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. As agreed by both parties, I appoint Justice H.R.Malhot4 a retired Judge of this Court (Mobile No.9311510400) as sole Arbit'ator to adjudicate upon all the disputes and differences between the parties as mentioned in this petition, including their claims and counter-clairns in tenns of the Work
