ORDER
1. Both the learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the matter may be referred for arbitration. They have also agreed that Mr.G.P.Thareja, former Additional District Judge, Delhi be appointed as the learned Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute/differences arising in terms of the contract between the parties.
2. The learned counsel for the parties have stated that the learned Arbitrator may be directed to adjudicate the dispute within the stipulated period of time and the fees may also be specified. 2013:DHC:8010 ) y---
3. So far as the time period within which the dispute may be adjudicated is concerned, the learned counsel have agreed that a period of six months should be good enough to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.
4. The fees of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated in terms of the instructions of the Delhi High Court Arbitration and Conciliation Centre.
5. Copy of this order be given to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy be also sent to the learned Arbitrator.
