39 & 44 of The Indian Electricity Act, registered at Police Station Kirti
Nagar, New Delhi, is similar, therefore, with the consent of counsel for parties, these petitions have been heard together.
Mr. Jashpal Singh, learned standing counsel for respondent No.2, on instructions from contesting respondent No.2, has placed on record his own affidavit giving 'no objection' to bring proceedings arising out ofFIR in question to an end.
In the light of above, afore-captioned three petitions are allowed and proceedings arising out of FIR No.230/1999, registered at Police
Station Kirti Nagar, Delhi are quashed qua petitioners.
