727/2012 filed, have been admitted, however, no actual date has been fixed.
In view of the fact that the order dated 30.7.2012 has been stayed, the present petitions are disposed of, at this stage, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, after disposal of the LPA. G.S.SISTANI, J
