;.} \ , competent court having tenitorial jurisdiction inasmuch as only the interviews were held in Delhi.
2' In view of the above, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate petition in the court having the necessary territorial jurisdiction.
3' It is agreed that the interim orders which werq passed on 31.5.2012 directing one seat of Management Trainee (Mechanical) to be kept vacant, will continue for a period of four weeks from today, however, the same is not a reflection on the merits of the cases and the issue of interim orders will be independently examined by the court of competition jurisdiction.
4' The writ petitions are disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
