On hearing learned counsel for the appellant we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 4.2.2013 where the learned Single
Judge has exercised his discretion while permitting the request made on behalf of the respondents in terms whereof the right to cross-examine PW-1, which was earlier closed as also the right to lead evidence which was closed, has been recalled.
