ORDER

1. The learned counsel for the Appellant states that the present Appeal is covered by the judgment of this Court rendered in "Ranbir Sharma Vs. Union of India and 2013:DHC:8477 H Anr" reported in 187 (2012) DLT 781. In the said case the Appeals were partly allowed to the extent of awarding 10% increase over and above the market value assessed by the Reference Court in matters pertaining to Village Bharthal, Village Bijwasan and Village Pochanpur. The present case relates to Village Bijwasan and accordingly 10% increase is to be allowed in the present case as well. In view of the aforesaid)theAppeal is allowed in terms of. the judgment of thisCourt in the case of Ranbir Sharma (supra). Appellant is directed to deposit the enhanced compensation with the Reference Court within three weeks from today. LA.APP. 45/20 13 stands disposed of in the above terms.
