26.02.2013 After extensive arguments, in lieu of reinstatement and 25% back wages, a lumpsum of Rs.2 Lakhs is agreed to between the parties towards full and final settlement ofthe claim ofthe workman in all respects.
2013:DHC:8534-DB r The amount already deposited before this Court shall be taken back by the management and the amount of Rs.2 Lakhs shall be paid to the workman on or before 22"'' March, 2013. Both the appeals are disposed of in terms of this order.
