Rule 3 CPC stating that the matter has been settled between them. A memorandum of understanding is also annexed with the applications. The applications are supported by the affidavits of the appellants and the respondent No. 1.
2013:DHC:8592 zx> Mr. Parihar, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2/RBI does not have any objection to the settlement having been arrived at between the parties.
In view of the settlement, the regular second appeals are not pressed by the appellants. The parties have stated that they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement.
Accordingly, both the regular second appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. A. .
