ORDER oh 08.03.2013 Learned senior counsel for petitioner on instructions from petitioner does not press this petition at this stage as most of the prosecution evidence has been recorded and the trial has to proceed on day to day basis from 12th March,2Ol3 and seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberly to raise the pleas taken herein before trial court at the appropriate stage.
In view of the afore-noted stand taken on behalf petitioner, this petition and pending application are dismissed withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
